I need a very old Evinrude outboard motor, the piston rings new child. Does anyone know a place where I can order Custom Made Rings? The sites that I found, or you have problems with vendors like it or orders of 50 or more.

Getting together with a punch in a standard size. If re-create the exterior, which has a larger diameter or long sleeve for smaller diameter, or both, will be drilled. The cylinders are more likely to score or otherwise damaged. Get it machine to produce a common size. Good luck.
